Do you not have administration rights on your computer? Please read the instructions below to install the add-In (“How do I install Smarter Slides manually?”).
Download PPAM
- PowerPoint 2010 and above (Desktop version)
- Windows XP and above
- Download and save the Smarter Slides setup file on your local disk
- Run the file with a double-click on the icon (if you are not able to open the file due to missing administration rights, try our manual installation process)
- Let the wizard guide you through the installation process
- Download and save the Smarter Slides setup file on your local disk
- Do not rename the file to avoid any errors - it should always be named smarterslides.ppam
- Copy smarterslides.ppam into C:\Users\[YOURUSERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\
- Open your PowerPoint application
- Click the File tab (1) and click Options (2)
- Open the Options dialog box and click Add-Ins (3) within the menu
- Select PowerPoint Add-ins in the Manage list at the bottom of the dialog box and click Go (4)
- Click Add New (5) in the Add-Ins dialog box
- Select smarterslides.ppam and click OK (6)
- If a security notice appears, click Enable Macros, and then click Close.
