Format the same object type with the same style in PowerPoint.

Same object, same style Fast Wizard

Smarter Slides Expert Wizard allows object formatting on all slides at the same time. Apply CI guidelines or last-minute changes within in seconds.
Your presentation looks great – But: Is it possible to change the color of the text boxes in the left corner? How much work is it to apply our Corporate Identity? Do you know these questions? There are types of work that needs to be done, because someone changes his mind in the last minute or some central design guideline was modified. Whenever you need to adjust a certain kind of object (e.g. an object in the same position on every slide), you can now use the Smarter Slides Expert Wizard to identify those objects and apply the same format style, size, position, etc. to all of them at the same time. You only need to choose a master object and copy the selected format criteria (and this is basically everything what you can think of) to all objects with the same selected properties than the master object.

Expert Wizard
Select a master shape and click to open the Expert Wizard Manager to define complex selection criteria (e.g. shapes with same font size and font color) based on the selected master object. Several change options can be applied (e.g. fill color, size and position) to the found shapes. Note that if the selected master shape is a grouped element you will receive further assistance to select an ungrouped shape. Click “Yes” to select the marked shape (red dotted line) as master shape or click “No” to select a different shape within the group.
